About the author

Lynda Kuntyj graduated from the University of Western Australiawith a major in Fine Art History and Theory and minor in Psychology. The following year, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education, receiving the honorary medallion and Pat Duffy Award for excellence in art teaching. Lynda has broad teaching experience and has worked internationally in Vietnam through the Access Asia cultural fellowship program. As a practicing artist, Lynda has exhibited widely and has received numerous awards for her artwork. Her print making was selected for the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Boundless exhibition, and as finalist in the 2004 Montana World of Wearable Art, her work remains in the World of WearableArt™ and Classic Cars Museum, Nelson collection. Educator, consultant, curriculum writer, teacher and artist, currently Lynda Kuntyj is enjoying her daughter, Joya.
